Counselling in Bath
Face-to-face / online / telephone therapy
You've taken the first step...
If you're reading this, you're most likely struggling right now.
You might be feeling anxious, depressed, low. Angry, sad or stressed by a certain situation in your life. You could be feeling stuck, with no direction and meaning.
You might have lost someone important to you, either through a bereavement or relationship breakdown. Or you may be suffering from another kind of loss.
Feelings of despair, fear and hurt can be overwhelming. But…you've already started to address these issues by looking for a counsellor – and that’s a huge step forward.
Together, in a collaborative effort, we can look at what is bothering you and attempt to find a way through.
I am a humanistic therapist registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I run a private practice in Bath which offers face-to-face, online and telephone counselling.
I have experience working in a hospice, where I counselled bereaved relatives, as well as for a charity providing counselling to children and young people. I have also worked as a school counsellor.
Difficulties I can help you with include (but are not limited to):
Bereavement and loss, grief, anxiety, depression, sadness, lack of confidence and low self-esteem, relationship issues, family and work issues, existential angst and isolation, disordered eating and anger issues.
I offer individual counselling to adults, as well as children (aged 13+) and young people, in both short and long term therapy.
